Frequently asked questions
The device found no location (No device location is displayed in the web interface)
- Check you have installed the app on your device and it is paired with the server.
- Check your device can connect to the Internet (e.g. by loading the webpage via the device browser)
- Check you have enabled the device location service (in Android 4.0+: open the main Drawer by pulling from the top of the screen, choose Location and allow the Location service, choose High Accuracy of Location retrieval)
